Heather
Swett ~ Buyers Agent Raised
on Eglin AFB, Heather spent 4 years as a local restaurant manager and
then spent 4 years as the area manager for Nautica Retail. Heather met
her husband Mike (who owns The French Quarter Grill in Niceville) while
working at the Lucky Snapper. Heather graduated from OW College with a
degree in Business Management. She enjoys her 2 cats Sade and Sammy, as
well as antiquing, gardening and going to Crab Island.
Heather has worked as a Buyer's Agent on Ed and Terri's team since 2003
and is already a member of the RE/MAX International Executive Club. She
specializes in waterfront, condos and residential properties from
Navarre Beach to Fort Walton Beach. |

Barbara
Elizondo ~ Buyers Agent Barbara (yet another native Texan), gained extensive experience in marketing technologies while in Houston. She loves boating, spending time with good friends and her rescued border terrier, Romeo. Barbara plans to spend the rest of her life in paradise!
A licensed Realtor, Barbara joined the team in 1997. She is the Team Manager and coordinates all marketing systems. Barbara helps keep the team organized and ensures that everything flows smoothly. Additionally, she works with specific investors in specialty investment markets. Barbara is a member of the RE/MAX International President's Club. |

Kay Hutcheson ~ Buyers Agent
A native Texan, Kay is a graduate of Texas Tech in Lubbock. Kay then spent a number of years working in the oil and gas industry in Houston. She and husband Brian had owned property in the Destin area since the early 90's and made the decision to move permanently after Brian's retirement. Kay has been a Buyer Specialist with Ed & Terri since 1999. Kay's focus is on condos, waterfront and luxury homes spanning the entire Emerald Coast real estate market. Kay is a member of the RE/MAX International 100% Club and has also qualified for the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, which is a lifetime award. |
